Cupid Lied: A Queer Anti-Valentine Market
Saturday, February 14 | 11 AM–4 PM
CoLab inside the YWCA | 72 Concord St, Manchester
Valentine’s Day tells us there’s only one way to love.
Cupid lied.
Cupid Lied is a queer anti-Valentine art market and community gathering centered on love outside the script. This event is for people who love differently, love loudly, love quietly, or aren’t interested in Valentine’s Day at all.
Join us for a curated market featuring queer artists, zines, prints, patches, and objects, alongside community activities and space for connection. We’re also planning an optional 18+ section for adult artwork, with clear signage and boundaries.
This is not a couples event or a dating event. Come alone, with friends, or with your chosen family.
Pop-up Wedding Ceremonies!
Wanna get married to your partner, spouse, polycule, friend, and/or pet? We will have a space and officiate to perform whatever wedding you desire. Ceremonies will be officiated by the stunning drag queen, Sybill Disobedience. We are happy to work and iron out any details with you. We envision each group to have 45 minutes in the room main room. We have multiple places you can get ready at within the building. We require a $30 deposit (just to prevent no shows).
