Not Afraid to Fail Fest is a one-night variety show spotlighting folks doing something for the very first time. It’s part open mic, part talent show, part joyful mess and 100% about showing up with courage, creativity, and community behind you. 

Whether it's your first poem, first drag number, first song, or first time sharing your art in public, this is the space to try it out. No pressure. No perfection. Just a room full of people rooting for you. 

“Don’t be afraid to fail” is one of Queerlective’s core beliefs and is the motivation behind a lot of what we do. This includes hosting a giant variety show with the community with none of the team having experience running one before!

All performers are unpaid but you can show your love and appreciation by donating directly to them! 

QR codes and donation boxes for each performer will be available at the venue and on-screen during their act. Support them before the show, during intermission, or on your way out!
