Sound And Color Festival

Sound And Color Festival

Join Us at the Sound and Color Festival in Concord, NH!

Queerlective is excited to partner with InTown Concord to bring an unforgettable experience to the Sound and Color Festival, a FREE 2-day art and music celebration in the historic city of Concord, NH. This vibrant festival, held on Friday, October 18th from 12-7 PM and Saturday, October 19th from 10-7 PM, is designed to remove barriers to arts access and highlight the importance of the arts in our community.

About the Sound and Color Festival

The Sound and Color Festival will take place at various venues and outdoor locations throughout Concord, offering over 100 unique experiences. With an estimated 10,000 patrons, this festival is a major event that celebrates community, art, and creativity. From live music performances to interactive art installations, the festival offers something for everyone—all for free!

Participation

Queerlective will be hosting a special section of the festival on Main Street, near Concord Art Market and other major music venues. We’re thrilled to bring Vulture Sister Song, an interdisciplinary performance project that combines music, storytelling, and dance in a thought-provoking and visually stunning presentation. This project explores the connections between humans and the more-than-human world, opening up important conversations about interdependence, accountability, and community.

In addition to Vulture Sister Song, we’re inviting local queer artists to join us as vendors and showcase their work. Each vendor will be provided a 12x12 foot space for both days of the festival. The vendor fee is $50, but please reach out if this is a barrier for you—we’re committed to making this opportunity accessible to all.

Vendor Registration

Are you a local queer artist interested in vending at the event? We want to hear from you! Please complete our Vendor Registration Form to apply.

We have limited spots available, so applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Queerlective will follow up with approved vendors regarding event day logistics.
